Palette17 was founded by Stacy McCarthy, an executive coach, entrepreneur, corporate manager, CPA, and builder of organizations and teams.

Stacy founded Palette17 on the firm belief that the best way to predict the future is to create it.  With painting as a metaphor for creating, Stacy believes that leaders have choices as to the palette they'll use to create the future they can imagine. They do this by building strong teams, through skillful interaction, and with solid strategic planning.  

Over the course of her career in Silicon Valley, Stacy has worn many hats, from CPA to start-up entrepreneur to global director of strategic planning for a Fortune 10 organization. In these roles, she brought energy and focus to create bolder and better outcomes for her teams and her organizations.  For the past 15 years, Stacy has been coaching current and future executives in aligning business outcomes to leadership capabilities and bringing themselves to their work. She previously co-founded Skyline Group International and holds her Somatic Coaching Certification from The Strozzi Institute.

Why the number 17?  Because an executive will have 17 roles on average across the course of their career. Each one is an opportunity to reshape who they are, how they operate, and the future of their organization.
